Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue And Nausea

Over the past two years I have developed severe fatigue (muscles and joints), exhaustion, and persistent nausea. There was a sudden increase in these symptoms about eight months ago. Due to that, I started undergoing allergy treatment again, but it has yet to help. I also started taking a daily vitamin since I know my mother has a B12 deficiency and these are common symptoms of that type of deficiency. However, this has not helped either. In the past three months or so, I have been under a lot of stress due to college courses and a corneal disease I have which caused scarring of my corneas for unknown reasons. This stress has destroyed my body and I am not at the point where I feel like my body is trying to kill itself. I sleep eight hours, wake up exhausted. I sleep ten hours, wake up exhausted. I sleep six hours, I also wake up exhausted. I can t stand for the 15 minutes it takes me to shower in the morning. I sit down at any chance I get. I lead on something if I must stand. And my joints ache when I was. My mother had hashimoto s, so the first thing I had checked was my TSH levels. I was also checked for anemia and the three most common autoimmune antibodies at this time. All of these test come back normal. Seeing that my PCP was not very concerned, I naturally, tried not to be too. Then two weeks ago all of my symptoms got worse even though I dropped two of my classes and my eye condition has stabilized. At this, I took the notion to find another PCP and after running several blood tests, this was his report Your labwork from 10/23 was entirely normal! We checked the thyroid antibodies, chemistry profile, iron studies, vitamin D, B12 and folate levels and a lipid profile. Since your TSH and thyroid antibodies are negative, there is currently no evidence of Hashimoto s Disease. In view of your family history, I would suggest you have the TSH rechecked yearly. From this response I feel hopeless. I feel like I have no where else to turn, but that isn t stopping my body from destroying itself.
