Suggest Treatment For Severe Feet Pain After An Injury

My daughter was climbing rope today at school and lost her grip. She landed on both feet. It hurt but not enough she felt like she needed to come home. As the day progressed it s hurting more. She says it hurts when she walks. She s pointing to her Achilles area as the source of pain. Anything serious that we need to take her to be seen or should we just wait it out...could be bruised or something minor?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
When she slipped off the grip over the rope &fell down on her feet....with increase in pain over time...I feel she needs a consultation, physical examination &x ray|MRI as per need..in order to miss greater injury, neglecting which may cause her increased problem.
She can take rest, /walk using support, take over the counter pain pill, apply hot or cold compressed for home care...till she sees an orthopedic surgeon.
Thanks.
