Hi,

A double dose of paracetamol in a child can lead to hyperacidity. Though you made him vomit, &the medicine might be vomited out.

You should give the baby milk at room temperature to neutralize the possible excess of medicine.

Please take the baby to his doctor. In case it vomits repeatedly. Don't repeat the dose for 12 hours at least.

Except if he gets a rise in temperature before that. Give it after eating something & now onwards keep the medicine out of baby's reach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
