Suggest Treatment For Severe Fever In An Infant

My 2.5 month old baby had her vaccination on Saturday. On Sunday evening she started feeling uneasy. She had 101.9 fever in the night. We gave her 0.5ml fevago to her twice between 2.5 hrs. But fever hasn t come down in the morning now. Anything we need to be concerned about?
