Suggest Treatment For Severe Flank Pain

Trying to get back view pain in back right side ?kidney area, urine OK thought I may had strained a muscle several weeks ago but now pain,still there moved a certain way and n oticed wow what the heck that pain still there did not mention to family MD was not thinking about it so much as now. Should I b concerned there is a redness n area.
