Hello,
Severe foot pain can occur due to multiple causes like
diabetes, uncontrolled smoking or
drug abuse when the nerves supplying the peripheral parts get damaged or affected (
peripheral neuropathy).
If diabetic control your blood glucose levels at all costs. Wear comfortable shoes, you may need orthotic shoes (with shock-absorbing soles). Rest your foot, do not take unnecessary exertions.
You are suggested to clinically examined by a GP, you may need antibiotics & pain relievers. You can take
Acetaminophen (
Tylenol), one sos when required.
You should get connected to a cardiologist. Get Blood tests, stress tests, ECHO, lipid function tests did so that you can be treated at the earliest.
Control your diet, avoid red meat, high protein diet, dairy products(cheese, cream milk, etc). Take homemade food cooked in olive oil, take nuts, berries, fruits, veggies, multi-grain heart-healthy oats.
Stay active, do regular walking, avoid addictions if any. Take adequate rest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
