I got up two days back with a pain in myleft foot. Its pains when pressure is applied in it as in walking or standing while putting stress in the middle portion of the feet that is between the toes and the ankle. I thought its a sprain. Applied move n walked about too yesterday limping. But now pain is more. Wht do do? See a doc tmrw? Yes BT I need to b able to walk fr that which I can only to a small distance. I hv oil massaged n put on crepe band. Smone suggested mobizox? Any help?
