Suggest Treatment For Severe Gastritis Problem

Hello Sir, I am 26 year old. From past two month i am fasing stomach gas problem. After eating, i face Belching, gas vibrates in chest, cause little pain in chest on left side . that pain is pinpoint and last only a second. its very light. Some time gas go to Head, cause heavy head, some time blood pressure also increase. My ECG and Chest X ray are normal. Some time Hear rate also increase after eating.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the history what you have provided, it says that you have severe gastritis.
Generally such type of gastritis is caused due to an organism called "H.pylori'.
You need to get an upper GI endoscopy done to note to what extent the gastric mucosa has been involved due to hyperacidity. Also along with endoscopy, gastric mucosal biopsy is taken and the tissue is tested for 'Urease test'. If urease is positive, then H.pylori infection is confirmed.
For this you need to take a course of 3 drugs: 1000 mg amoxicillin, 500 mg clarithromycin, and 30 mg lansoprazole, orally two times daily (morning and evening) for 10 to 14 days, which is available as H.pylori kit.
That would eradicate the organism and give you relief from gastritis problem. Kindly consult Physician in this regard before you take the drugs.
