good evening doctor I have the problem of semi solid stool undigested food particles present in that and foul smell and now a days light pain in the anus and important after bowl movement little stool retained in the anus that is uncomfortable to me and severe gastric problem please save me from this trouble Thank you

Hi, your history suggest more of amoebiasis.
If i were your treating doctor, then i would advise
1) To start on anti-amoebic medicine such as tinidazole with antacid and to continue for full course of 5 days.
2) Antacid i.e omeperazole would help you to get relieved of your gastric symptoms.
3) I would recommend to consult your physician to get prescribed medicine, and to strictly adhere with schedule.
