I am 35 years old female. I had gone through Acute Dengue fever and was hospitalized twice. Dengue affects my lever, I had swelling on lever and also had disorientation for 2 days. I took 1 month complete rest to recover. Afterwards I joined my routine work but now from last week I saw a heavy hair fall. So could you advice how to take care and how long it will lasts?
