Hello,
As per my clinical experience, the hair fall is secondary to
hormone imbalance with possible zinc and vitamin-E deficiency. Though thyroid disturbances can pose major issue of hair fall, your TSH is fairly under control and hence does not sound to be responsible for hair fall. Apart from the current measures, I would suggest following to control hair fall in a better sound manner:
- Control of dandruff and any sort of other
fungal infection of scalp skin
- Essential vitamins with high dose
vitamin E, selenium and zinc which are very vital for hair growth
- Protein rich shampoo for hair wash
- Avoid any chemical or dye application
- Control of stress (very important factor, without which no results of any therapy)
- Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
- Control of body weight,
cholesterol, blood sugar and thyroid levels. Be in regular follow up with your
dermatologist for best results.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
