Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have noticed hair loss over the past few months. My hairdresser said my hair is noticeably thinner, but she also said she can see all over where new hairs are growing back. It seems to be slowing up. I am a person who loves to exercise and I try to keep my weight stable. I think I east well and balanced. My weight has not fluctuated much. I feel healthy otherwise. The loss seems to have already slowed up. What could be causing my hair loss
Hi and welcome to HCM, Please remember that hair growth follows a cycle of a growth phase, dormant phase and shedding phase. This is the normal cycle. Perhaps what you are seen as hair fall is the normal shedding cycle. If you want to be sure you can see a trichologist. All the very best health for you and your family!!!
