Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

Sir i m 22 my hair are falling like a hell..doctor recommended me minsclap plus (10% minoxidil,azelaic acid 5%,saw palmetto)doctor recommend me to use in the morning and bed time. do i have to always shampoo my hair before applying......i also massage with mixture of castor oil and coconut oil twice a week ...so is there any side effect of using castor and coconut oil in the time period when i m going through hair solution treatment....

Hello,

Vitamin deficiency, hypothyroidism or iron deficiency or urine infection or Cushing's syndrome or major illness or zinc deficiency may cause hair fall.

You have to confirm it by investigations. Get it done serum electrolytes, blood urea, serum creatinine, haemoglobin status and thyroid profile.

Please take zink and biotin tablets. Please consult your dermatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
