Hi..i am 21 year old boy my crown hair is constantly falling in u shape its become very thin, density is also horrible in crown area..at this very young age it can t be MPB , can you suggest me some supplement to control my hairloss and increase thickness of hair strands..

Hair loss and thinning at early age can be genetic,hormonal, stress or illness related.Healthy diet should be followed.Topical minoxidil spray can be used to induce hair growth.Results are seen after use for atleast 2 to 3 months.
Multivitamin and folic acid tablet can be taken. In severe male pattern baldness finasteride can be taken as oral tablet.Hair transplant or Prp(platelet rich plasma) treatment is also effective.
