Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Dizziness
Hello, My name is Nate. I am a professional trumpet player, and after a gig on wednesday I was feeling pain in my abdomen. I then tried to take it easy, was feeling pain and didn t sleep much. Then was feeling in slightly less pain the next day, but now it is back and painful. Like 5 out of 10 on pain. I have been feeling dizzy and have had headaches as well as a warm forehead (fever?) and have felt very weak. I also have had a bulge in my right testicle for about a year, but it has been growing and now with the abdomen pain is also in pain. Maybe a hernia of some sorts? Should I see a doctor or will this just go away? Thanks, Nate
Avoid using caffeine, alcohol, salt, and tobacco. Excessive use of these substances can worsen your signs and symptoms.
Drink enough fluids, eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep and avoid stress. If your dizziness is caused by a medication, talk with your doctor about discontinuing it or lowering the dose.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
