Hi Doctor. How you doing. I was in a motor vehicle car accident like ten years ago. I still have ongoing bad problems in my neck and back... I have my good days and my bad days... I deal with insomnia also... The past few days I have had a bad headache. And I think is is due to my neck. It has been hurting and cramping and when I move my head I can hear cracking in my neck... I m having pain and problems in my lower back and my upper body in my back. In my shoulder blades and shoulders and joints.... Really bad cramping in all these areas...Really bad in my neck join to my head.... I have had this bad headache I can t relieve the pain by even taken Panamax tablets....I m constantly moving or trying to move my head for some type of relief...I have been getting also like lite headed.Kind dizzy.
