Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Right-sided Pain In Face

Hello, my 16 yr old son , 3 days ago had to be rushed to the E R for a severe headache, on the right side of his face, head, to the back of the head. Ct scan was normal, blood ct was normal. Migraines run in the family. Tonight his R eye is swollen. He is sensitive to light, sound. Pain is still there with migraine Meds,, & Norco. I m sure this is not a migraine. Prior to this severe pain he has had a dull headache for a few days. Please help thank you so much.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Migraine.I advise you to try for triptans by speaking to your doctor.I also advise you to take tab.vertin 8 mg twice daily during the attacks.Avoid stress and anxiety.Avoid noisy environment.Meditation and yoga will be helpful.Drink plenty of water.
Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
