Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Running Nose

hi sir iam suffering with running nose and due to this iam suffering with severe headache.whenever i sneeze iam getting severe pain inside my head.also i have taken a tablet called coldact for this and it is not working for me please can you suggest me for this.

Hello,

Most commonly it is a transitory flu which should improve. In order to reduce the symptoms, you should take a topical decongestant like oxymetazoline spray, steroid spray and Ibuprofen for the pain.

If symptoms persist for over a week should consult an ENT specialist for a possibility of sinusitis complication.
