Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache
I ve had a bad headache all day. The pain is primarily in the back of my head. I also felt nauseous and threw up once. I m 58, female and don t take blood pressure meds. On other days I m fine, today, I ve been in major pain. What could be causing it?

headache in the back, probabilities are
1.high blood pressure
2.eye problems
3.cervical spondylosis
I can suggest you
1. to check your blood pressure
2. x ray cervical spine
3.check eyes with opthalmologist
meanwhile you can take
tab.naxdom 500 mg twice daily for 5 days
depending upon the above tests we can switch over to proper management
