Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache
Hi there, I get frequent headaches and have my whole life (I m 20). When riding roller coasters, I always seem to wind up with a SEVERE headache after just one ride. My questions are 1.) what is causing the headache and 2.) is it dangerous to continue to ride with the headache? I am planning to go to Busch Gardens next weekend and don t want to put myself in any serious danger, of course but would like to know if there s anything I should be doing/taking before going. The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as first-line management, you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
