Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache
Have a headache on right side only. Nose bleed two days ago for 10 minutes. Little nose bleed yesterday. Feels congested on the side it bleed , in head and nostril. Also sore shoulder, neck and back on the same side. Eye feels a bit sore. Same side. Don t know if its related, but have bit of a sore right side - hip area.

Because of the sinusitis and congestion such symptoms are very likely, bleeding per nose is just nothing to worry, the condition can be best treated with Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day, hope this information helps. (comment:- Best natural way to manage this condition would be drinking more water steam inhalation, hot drinks, pure honey )
