HI
Well come to HCM
In state of malaise this is very common symptoms, either to wait for some time or to treat the symptoms but in my opinion better to wait for some time instead of taking symptomatic medicine, because this could be just temporary phase and would come around without any further clinical symptoms, if symptoms does not improved then this need to be investigated, hope this information helps.
