Hello,
You are suggested to get physically examined by an ENT so that the
dizziness that you are experiencing can be studied because Vertigo causes dizziness & can be associated with headache.
1. Get audiological tests done to assess the hearing thresholds, CT & MRI to assess structural & functional CNS studies.
2. Get assessed & treated for headache, a headache can be of many types(
tension headache,
migraine, persistent headache, etc).
Your treatment will depend upon the disease/pathology diagnosed. In the meantime, you can take medications for pain (acetaminophen-Tylenol,
Ibuprofen).
Avoid addictions or
drug abuse, reduce stress, exercise regularly, reduce caffeine, do not skip meals, stay away from oily junk food.
Cold compress effectively reduces headache, drink adequate water & take sufficient sleep.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
