Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches, Hand Tremors, Fatigue, Nausea And Vomiting

I m a 31yo male and I have been having severe headaches for the past month. At this point Maxalt odt is only ridding me of the headache for about 6 hours and it comes bad worse. I am also starting to have tremors in my hands, extreme fatigue, nausea, vomiting. I am also have a sharp pain from the inside of my brain radiating toward a raised spot (~2mm) in my skull. It only happens a couple of times a month but now when it happens I have a sharp pain that radiates from the base of my neck down my shoulder to about half way down my arm. These pains start and end at the same time and both locations are only the left side of my body. Any Ideas that come to minds and do I need to seek medical attention for more than just the headaches?

You will need radiograph of cervical spine it doesn't seem anything serious but consulting a doctor isn't bad avoid neck bending for prolonged periods,That will help.
