Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches, Nausea And Stomach Issues

2 weeks ago I woke up and got the worst headache I have ever had. It went on for two more days and I blame nausea so I went to the Dr. She said she thought it was a migraine and gave me a shot of toroidal. She said if it didn t get any better go to the ER. The next day I woke up and it was even worse so I did. The Dr. There diagnosed me with viral meningitis. They did a basic blood panel and a CT scan. No spinal tap. I went back to my primary care after a couple of days and they ran more bloodwork (tick bite type test) nothing showed up. In two days it will be a full 2 weeks and I still have a headache everyday (not nearly as bad as it originally was) more of a looming headache and stomach upset and nausea. I have very little appetite. Can you help?
