So my fiance wont go into a doctor cause he doesnt have health insurance and is worried it will cost to much i think he needs to go in asap he wont listen to me he wants to wait a month till his health insurance kicks in. so these are the problems hes been having do you think he needs to go in right away and what you think is causing this. severe Heart burn and stomach acid ( unable to sleep laying down anymore) constipation / diarrhea Bowel incontinence frequent but random vomiting that sometimes lasts up to hours extreme fatigue sleeping for hours and still feeling tired Nausea stomach pains bloating cramps head aches this has been going on for months in proved with diet changes
