Suggest Treatment For Severe Hip Pain When Diagnosed With Sciatica

i was diagnosed with multiple muscle strains, in the groin and the hip and also diagnosed with sciatica. I have intense pressure on the pubic symphysis, right hip and a ball of pain in my lower back between the hips. Are these symptoms of an unaligned pelvis? Should the doctor order x-rays? How should this be treated?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. You need both lumbar spine, pelvis and hip x-rays along with an MRI of the lumbar spine not only to look for a misaligned pelvis but for a disk problem with nerve root compression
