I had a IUD in place and 10 days later developed left hip pain went to doctor had X-rays 6 weeks apart and a Mri doctors claim slight joint narrowing mild arthritis however the pain continues this has been going on for 5 months lots of hip pain at night more so than during the day I wonder if I have a infection that settled in my hip joint pain there is not less pain with rest and is bad at night what test can determine if I have an infection in my hip join.
