Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching In The Scalp

I got small itching in my head right corner, i used to rub and scratch it and after 1 day of using head and shoulders it will be like some white patch i am controlling myself to scratch when its gets itching if i sratch it some bleeding is happening, I have visited some senior pharmacist he adviced me to use detergent bar washing soap, i got stucked over here before shampoo i am using almond oil. Please give me some suggestion

Hi, scalp itching is a sign of several skin affections like Psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis. The first thing you have to do is stop scrathing because you can cause an infection. Psoriasis may bleed when you scratch. But seborrheic dermatitis can as well if you do a hard scratch...So, you could try some Coal tar shampoo two or three times a week, but, if you do not feel better in about a month, visit a Dermatologist.
