I work outdoors and I m itching only arms a week after I think I may of been in contact with one of the poison ivies,oak,sumac or something. Then a week after that my ankles start itching really bad, and they were never exposed to any ivies. The arms and in the webs of some fingers are blotchy areas with tiny tiny blisters. When scratched or washed vigorously with hot water and soap they don t open too easily. Now on the leg when scratched or washed in the same manner the top layer of skin falls away. But the legs are not in blotchy areas they are strips and that how the skin leaves too I ve been wiping all of it the arms hands and calves and feet after thoroughly cleaned with bleach to deaden the nerve top stop the itching. OUCH is the least I say for 30 minutes, but that screwball idea seams to work for a half a day at a time for me.
