Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchy Boils On The Palms
I am Sixty five years and suffering from diabetes for fifteen years. I am takingand insulin plus tablets. Many years ago I used to have small boils in both hand palms. Now severe itching and cracks in both palms and the foot.I am applying certain ointments but no relief

Hi,
Severe itching and cracks in Palm may be due to irritant or allergic contact dermatitis. Kindly you consult dermatologist.
Antihistaminics,antibiotics and local antibiotic with mild steroid cream should be considered. Avoid oral steroids ...as you have DM. Cleanse the hands with antiseptic like Dettol. Avoid contact with suspected irritants or allergens.
