Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchy Rashes All Over The Body

My question is I rescued a puppy from a very poor home life the puppy is 10 weks old after having the puppy for about 3 days she was breaking out with a rash my neighbor looked at her and said she had mange starting on her so I bought some mange medicine and placed on her and now for about a week and a half my Husband and I have a rash a very Itchy rash on our bodies we called our Dr and he called us in scabie cream well mine is healing up and after 2 treatments my Husbands just keeps on getting worse I mean he looks like he has a bad case of measles all over his body with a terrible Itch. So I was wondering after using the scabie cream how much longer would it take for him to heal or should he go back to his Dr? The puppy is now clearing up but my Husband is very upset with this terrible Itch.

Hello ma'am! Thank you for writing us here. Possibly scabies was a diagnosis and so did your husband right? You were treated well but not your husband. He might be allergic to dogs. You can buy this medicine for treatment of the symptoms for your husband.
Levocetrizine 10mg for 7 days. One tablet before going to sleep.

And now to the puppy, she should be really very clean and if possible little away from your husband as it would worsen the symptoms.

But don't worry he would do well with the medicine.
