Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchy Rashes On The Skin

i have this bad rash i assume i went to the doctor and she told me that i dont have any bugs so im okay but it seems to be a rash season change and stuff as such as that but it has begin to itch now and it more on my hands and it got worst in the day time its okay but at night i itch aalot i out my benedryl cream on and it stops but i dont know how long will this last? i told my doctor that none of my skin products have changed i use various of germx and thats nothing new but i guess some of them i just cant use i changed my soap i used dove but everytime i got out of the tube i would feel so itch and irritated my skin. what is exactly something to make it go away ?
