Suggest Treatment For Severe Joint Pain And Muscle Pain

My father is 75 years of age and the last few weeks he has been havING a SEVERE traveling pain in his joints and muscles. One day it s in a foot and can hardly walk then he wakes up the next day the pain is in his shoulder then the next day it maybe in his hand or back. He has been checked for heart conditions, gout, lupus and arthritis and the tests have come back clear. The blood tests did show he was almost depleted of vitamin B. Could a diabetic medication be causing this?

Hello,
I Have studied your case. I think he is having deficiency of calcium and vitamin D. As far as vitamin B deficiency is concerned it is due to Diabeties. It is not related to medicines but it is caused by Diabeties it self.
So I would suggest him folloing medications.
1.Tablet Etoricoxib 90 mg daily for pain.
2.Tablet methylcobal one daily.
3.Tablet Calcium and vitamin D3 one daily.
2nd and third medicnes need to be tken for at least 6 months. Also if he is not hypertensive than increase salt intake in his diet.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
thanks
