i am from chandigarh. my age is 27. my weight is 95. though i was fit and fine before 6 months also. suddenly i started suffering from severe pain which starts from lower hip. i did mri and as per doctor prescribe i have gone through an injectional theropy for alternate weeks for 3 times. later on that problem is little bit cured but now knee problem has arrised due to my overweight. not only that i am felling while i lie down on bed i feel pain on my all joints, i cant sleep in one sided for whole night, otherwise all joints towards that side will start having joint pains. please help as i cant reduce my weight magically...it will take time..and my pain is annoying me..
