Hi, i m 37 years old, last month i was suffering from chikunguniya, the bone and join pain is still there some times it is worst docter has given pain killer after which i feel better. The moment i feel better i feel like woking out either in gym or at home. My question is , i used to go to gym regularly now i m not able to continue till a certain period of time (for another 2 months) as the doctor said no hard exercises till the pain goes completly, so can u suggest me exercises that can be done at home or in gym which is not harmfull for joint pains and can strengthen my body?
