Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain After An Injury

I have an old knee injury. Its been about two years since this has happened: my knee pops out of the socket. Very painful Until it gets popped back in. The pain immediately stops when i pop it back by using another person to yankit. My scary boyfriend won t help. Me. Dont want the emergency experience. Please help me . need to ease this pain
