Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain Causing Difficulty In Walking

I fell 3 weeks ago and injured my knee. It was x-rayed and is not broken. I have a great deal of pain and am having trouble walking. The knee feels unstable but is not swollen much. I have been putting ice on it and resting it as much as possible but it just isn t getting better. What should I do now? Insurance won t cover internet information so I will have to go see another doctor for a second opinion

Hi . Thanks for posting on hcm.
Most likely you might have injured any ligament at the knee joint unstable joubt points to that.
I recommend you to go to an orthopaedician and get it examined till then rest the joint for proper healing.
Hope this is helpful to you.
