Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

I had total knee some years ago on one knee.. and now both are really hurting me. I have gained some weight and go up and down stairs a lot.. They both feel the same as right before knee replacement.. Think I need anti inflamatory probably. what should I take ...aleve etc doesn t help

You should reduce weight first control by diet. Than go upstairs less frequently. For pain relief you cna take ibuprofen one tablet whenever the pain is unbearable. Also wear knee brace to give it support
