Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

I have pain on the outside lower/inner tendon of my knee. 3 years ago I logged +15 miles in steel toe boots for some reason. My knee has felt week ever since, due to weak legs lugging heavy boots through coastal Washington state. Can you recommend any physical therapy exercises?

Hello,

Stretching & knee extension exercises will help to gain power & strength in the knee & leg. Squats are not very effective, don't try them. You can do side lunges.

Do moderate walking but do not jog or jump. Do not overuse your knee. Give it rest from time to time & keep it elevated on a pillow.

You can take NSAIDS, one sos for relieve. Take the help of a physiotherapist. Get clinically assessed to rule out RA or OA.

Take food cooked in olive oil, avocado's, small fishes, turmeric & onion, garlic. They are good for knee & muscle strength of the legs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
