Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain
Sir last two yrs I am facing knee problem. It is very difficult to sit on floor. I cannot walk smoothly. After walking one-two km it gives more pain. Orthopaedic advised for knee replacement.Nowadays I got relief in bending knees. Even I can do some exercise smoothly. Still there is crack sound comes from right knee.Do you help me to get more relief in my knees. Thanks for reply.

You are suffering from osteoarthritis and the only definite treatment is surgery. Till then you can try analgesics and hot fomentation for pain relief.
