Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

My name is Jabeen age 45. I have knee pain past 5 years and also i have pain in finger joints. I took madicne through Dr. Ramesh At poonthamalli road in chennai, for past one year. He suggest me to take 4 injection @ rate of Rs 15000.00/ each. My husband is class 4 empolye in southern railways. I took loan from my relatives and put the injection. The result is zero. I have pain still. I ask the doctor, He simply said I dont know why the pain still for you, Please give me good advice for me. I cant tolrate the pain.
