my father is in severe liver failure and all blood test show this . this was two years ago , so he would not follow Dr. orders . put him on hospice and he is still within functional levels , he also continues to drink and take required medication to keep him comfortable , but there is absolutely no jaundice I keep waiting but none . so confused as to why he is not yellow . liver failure , cirrhosis ,and hep. a and c why is he not orange by now ? his abdomen does swell time to time , but the way the doctors put it he should have passed by now ....I am just so confused especially about the yellowing of the eyes and skin . they still appear normal . I am still watching but nothing.
