Suggest Treatment For Severe Loose Motion Along With Bad Breath
i have extreme badbreadth problem. it started about 10yrs back. i was with a girl & she bite me on cheeks. after that with 4 days i got severe loose motion with some times mucus /puss like think coming from stool with blood stains & fever & soar throat with white patch onit & white coating on tongue ( i hv my tonsil removed thinking its was infected.) ( even after removing the tonsil that area still remains read) & within couple of days my breadth was foul. since than i have bad breadth. would test would you suggest & what is the your diagnosis.

Bad breath may be due to oral conditions or due to gastrointestinal problems. Gastritis is the condition in which the stomach wall gets inflamed following chronic assault either due to poor diet habit or due to increased acidity. GERD, gastroesophageal reflux disease is the condition in which the acid secreted in the stomach get into the esophagus and damages the lining of the organ. Duodenum is the first part of the small intestine may be damaged due to acidity.
Chronic gastritis will disturbs the normal absorption which results in multi-nutrient deficiency. Diarrhea may be there while taking spicy food. But, one contradiction is that, there will be no fever or sore throat in these condition. These symptoms may be due to acute infection alongside the chronic problem. Endoscopy helps to identify the etiology and appropriate management. Proton pump inhibitors or Histamine 2 receptor blockers along with antacids helps to get rid of GERD and gastritis with acidity. Visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
