Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain

I am 59 days late on my period, I have been having pain in my lower abdomen. I had my blood drawn and my thyroid and hormone levels came back normal. I have been told one in a pap smear that I had cervical cancer but the last pap smear I had they said there was no abnormalities. I just want to know if I should go to the ER?
