Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain
I woke up through the night when turning over in bed with pain in my left lower stomach area. Any type of pulling like when I cough, getting in and out of car/chair, even by distending my stomach I feel it, I have not strained or pulled a muscle. I haven t done anything strenuous. I still have all female parts. No previous medial problems. What can be causing this pain?

According to history you can have acute gastritis, peptic ulcer, colitis like problem....
You can take pantoprazole tablet for relief from ulcer or gastritis if present
If antacid doesn't help than USG abdomen and CBC done to rule out any organic cause if present.....
According to cause further specific treatment given
If needed for infective condition antibiotic can be prescribed
Avoid gastric irritants like excess spicy foods, smoking, excess stress etc...
