Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back And Knee Pain

A couple days ago I had aching in my lower back calf area of my right leg from my knee down, then tonight I was walking around and suddenly had extreme pain from behind my knee with pain going down my leg. Once I sat down it is a dull aching slightly burning pain. My lower back has also been hurting. There has been no injury.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, don't worry about your problem it will be relieved
your symptoms seem too similar to shooting pain seen that radiates to ta lower limb following nerve compression.
What kind of work do you do?
I would suggest you meet your doctor for the same. probably you may have an intervertebral disc prolapse. the prolapse portion of the disc compressing the nerve causing pain.

At present
1. have some rest
2. dont do any kind of heavy physical exercise
3. take some analgesics like aceclofenac
4. use abdominal binders
5. consult you doctors.. who may ask you to get an MRI of Spine

Thankyou
