Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain And Constipation

Yes, I have had a moderate lower back pain for a few days, today its severe. Its on the left side of lower back & its hurts to move. I have constipation problems sometimes, but have not had a lot of that problem lately. I can t do anything hardly, the pain is so bad. What do you think it could be?

Herniated disc may cause back pain problem.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
