Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain And Difficulty Walking

I have a disc bulge l4-l5 for last 14 years...I m 45 years old female.I have a pain in lower back.I can t sit continously. And I can t walk without a belt. What should I do to..can this disc bulge problem can be healed? I have also done psychotherapy several times.

You may need surgical intervention.
Endoscopic surgery is preferred now a days.
