Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I fell several months ago and hit on my right hip and shoulder. Now when I go to bed I have discomfort in my mid/lower back until I get settled in. Yesterday I noticed in the mirror that one of my discs on my spine is out of alignment. Suggestions?

It can be a normal spasm also.take some anti inflammation drugs with analgesics for few days..if not getting relieved go for an x ray of lumbosacral spine first..then MRI oif needed..treatment accordingly
